Would love to see some discussion on how people change careers within medicine. Currently considering anaesthesia despite having commenced basic physician training. With all the cv prep involved it seems overwhelming to change when colleagues are missing out on critical care srmo jobs multiple years in a row despite volunteering and multiple courses
